We were so close to reaching no-coat weather last week, and now this weekend in Boston we’re gearing up for colder weather and snow on Sunday and Monday. Eeeeeeeek. I thought we were past this, but of course I can’t say I’m shocked; this is typical New England for you. I managed to jinx it by packing up all of my cold weather scarves and hats Wednesday night. I’m planning on having a low key weekend, and am looking forward to sleeping in with no guilt (thanks Daylight Savings for messing me up), staying in and cooking, wearing comfy clothes, and enjoying a good movie or a Netflix marathon. Of course with March Madness happening right now, I’ll probably get sucked into a few games. Did any of you guys make brackets? My work does a bracket pool and it makes it so much more fun. I can’t stop checking the standings throughout the day ooooops! For those of you who read who may not know me that well yet- I cheered in college, so I get pretty into it look forward to watching the cheerleaders. I have a few favorites, but how do you not root for some of the underdogs?

Anyways, here’s a look I wore a couple weeks ago. I saw a similar version of this look on Kendall Jenner that I’m obsessed with. She makes everything look flawless and effortless. Models… not fair. I told you guys recently that I’ve been all about vests lately, and this one from H&M is no exception. I love that this one is a longer version and more of a cardigan/shawl style. It literally looks good with everything, and it’s been a struggle to not wear it every single day. Next, I’m planning on wearing it with white jeans and cute sneakers to make it look more spring-y, while keeping things casual! Turtlenecks can still be worn for the first part of spring as long as they are a jersey, light weight material. I love sweater versions, but I’m so ready to pack them up in storage!

I hope you guys have a great weekend, and if you’re a Bostonian, let’s pray and cross our fingers that the snow misses us! Shop my look and similar items below.
