Vodka Cucumber Elderflower Cocktail Recipe

This Vodka Cucumber Elderflower Cocktail is one of my favorite summer cocktails! It combines vodka, cucumber, and St. Germain elderflower liqueur and is perfect for a hot summer day. The cucumber makes it ultra light and refreshing. You can also completely customize it based on your mood. Try adding blueberries, mint, etc. for a fun twist. I hope you guys enjoy! 8 slices of cucumber, sliced thin
1/2 lime, squeezed

Set aside two rocks glasses (or your desired glasses for cocktails). In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, St. Germain, and cucumber slices. Squeeze 1/2 lime into cocktail shaker and discard.
